Alcohol-Free Floor

Do you want to live on an Alcohol-Free floor? The commitment of all residents to maintain an alcohol-free environment forms the basis of this respectful and encouraging community. Floors that are designated alcohol-free are for students (regardless of age) who commit to an alcohol-free lifestyle and want to live among others who have chosen the same. It is the responsibility of each member of the Alcohol-Free floor to maintain the integrity of this option. If apply to this floor, it is expected that you will refrain from any alcohol consumption.

Quieter Lifestyles Floor

Evening quiet hours are observed in each residence; however, those who prefer to live in an environment with greater restrictions on noise may request to live on a Quieter Lifestyles Floor. These floors are arranged as demand dictates. Standards for quiet are set by the residents of each floor. Other focused-interest floors are not designated as Quieter Lifestyles Floor so you should consider this when ranking your choices.

"What is so incredible to witness about the SASAH learning experience is its capacity to tap into and unleash students' critical, cultural, and social energies. The opportunity to live, learn, and grow together on the dedicated learning floor in Ontario Hall, not just with other SASAH students but with students from across Western and around the globe, is an essential part of this development. The future is in good hands."
